250 Calibration instructions

CALIBRATION 250

1. Turn on indicator
2. Access full setup by pressing and holding the POWER and FUNCTION keys together for 2 seconds
3. Press the ZERO button until the screen says CAL.
4. Then press the TARE button. Once until the display says ZErO
5. Make sure all the weight is off the platform.
6. Press GROSS/NET .
7. 0 will flash.
8. Press the F key. It will say ZinP. Then flash 0. This means it’s done.
9. Press ZERO (Grp) so it says CAL
10. Then press TARE (Itm) until it says SPAN
11. Press GROSS/NET (Sel). It will show the current weight.
12. Add weight on the scale.
13. Press PRINT (edt) to change the value.
a. The GROSS/NET (sel) key will jump between characters. The flashing one is the one you can change
b. The PRINT (edt) key will change the value.
14. Once the weight is correct press F (ok)
15. It will say ZinP
16. Then it will flash the weigh
17. If it is OK, then press the ZERO key.

18. To exit setup mode press POWER and FUNCTION together for 3 seconds.

This assumes the scale was setup correctly.
To change the capacity:
1. Turn on indicator
2. Access full setup by pressing and holding the POWER and FUNCTION keys together for 2 seconds
3. The scale will automatically start at bUiLd
4. First, setup the decimal point
5. Press TARE (itm). It will say dP
6. Press GROSS/NET (sel) to change the decimal point
7. Press the PRINT(edt) key to move the decimal point
8. Once the decimal point is ok press F (ok)
9. Then Press TARE (itm) to go to CAP (capacity)
10. Press GROSS/NET(sel) to show the current capacity
a. Press GROSS/NET to move between the characters.
b. Press PRINT (edit) to change the values
11. Once the capacity is set, press F (ok)
12. To change the resolution Press TARE (itm) until it says rES
13. Then press GROSS/NET (sel). You can change the resolution to 1,2,5,10,20,50, or 100 by pressing the PRINT (edt) key. Once the value is ok, press F (ok)
14. To exit setup mode press POWER and FUNCTION together for 3 seconds.
